ФИНЕЛЕВАТЕ ДООЕЛ Скопје (Finelevate) is the controller of personal data collected through this Nalo website. Registered office: Blvd. ASNOM No. 8/3-24, 1000 Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia.
We collect your first name, surname, job position, contact email and message about your company’s payment collection needs. We record submission time and delivery status to review your enquiry and communicate with you about it.
Providing information is voluntary. We need sufficient contact details and information about your enquiry to respond meaningfully. This form does not subscribe you to marketing, open a bank account or authorise a payment.
Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, sensitive personal information or personal data about your customers.
Enquiries are stored in private server-side storage on Hostinger for Finelevate to review and respond. The hosting account lists the server in Frankfurt, Germany, and the backup location in France. The notification destination is contact@finelevate360.com; email delivery is confirmed separately by the form’s result.
Enquiry records do not currently expire automatically. Removal requires manual action by Finelevate; contact us to request it. The form’s removal controls do not delete separate email correspondence or hosting backup copies.
The application uses a hashed network identifier in server memory for one-hour rate-limit windows. This is not a one-hour deletion deadline: inactive identifiers can remain in memory until cleanup or process restart. The application does not write them to enquiry records.
We store only your language preference (nalo-language) in this browser’s local storage until you clear site data. This application sets no cookies, uses no advertising or third-party analytics, and serves its fonts locally. Hostinger separately processes technical data for hosting and security.
This form does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects and does not profile visitors for marketing.
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests in your circumstances. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Previous launch-list registrations are stored separately with their email address, signup time and recorded consent. They have no automatic expiry and are not added to the business-enquiry list. You can remove a previous registration below, or contact Finelevate.
